We are presently looking for a new member to join our Windsor Plant 1 team as: 




Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, our ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with good communication skills, demonstrated ability to prioritize and would be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and general repair maintenance of all equipment to maintain quality and production levels
  • Performing preventative maintenance of equipment within manufacturers specifications
  • Maintain the building by repairing as required.
  • Fabricating or building items as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Promote an atmosphere of team work at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Recommend and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.



  • Must possess a ticket in a provincially recognized Industrial Millwright designation(433A)
  • Preference will be given to those candidates who have education in the areas of electrical, PLC, mechanical and hydraulics.




  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a related field preferably with experience in plastic injection molding 
  • Must also possess knowledge in the areas of PLC, electrical, mechanical, robotics, and hydraulics with preference given to those with experience in an automotive manufacturer environment
  • Able to pass the forklift, fall arrest and boom training provided by the company.



  • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to perform well in high pressure situations
