Thermotech Inc ., a division of Plasman Group, is one of our technology-driven manufacturing companies specializing in precision injection molding and assembly. We are actively seeking a Warehouse Control Clerk - 3rd Shift for our Hopkins, Minnesota location.   • Accurately charge-out or credit specified virgin and regrind resins, inserts, concentrates and additives to departments and production orders in correct amounts.
  • Blend virgin and regrind materials, mold release agents and colorants formulations to predetermined and/or custom blends.
  • Verify availability of material for production order and oven-required materials in advance when required.
  • Operate forklift and other manual or power material handling and warehouse equipment; change forklift batteries as needed.
  • Request TI numbers for new blends and regrinds.
  • Move raw materials, goods and/or merchandise to designated storage areas; conduct all related inventory transactions.
  • Participate in physical inventory, take cycle counts, and dock audits as directed.
  • Pursue variances as they occur and make corrections.
  • Assist in developing new programs to improve inventory control.
  • Gaylord and inventory all regrind for sale.
  • Maintain and verify labels referencing raw material and finished goods are identified correctly.
  • Obtain and relay information to appropriate personnel at shift change.
  • Accurately receive all finished components into inventory against production order and place into designated area.
  • Ensure instructions are following on use of pallet size, layers, direction of labels, shrink-wrap considerations, batch control and shipping containers.
  • Weight-count parts to be shipped.
  • Move parts throughout plant as required.
  • Prepare recycled corrugated materials for sale.
  • Maintain work and warehouse areas in a clean and orderly manner.
  • As required perform receiving duties, i.e., receives incoming items from external and internal sources and processes required paperwork/transactions. Completes returned goods document when required.  Responsible for proper handling of all overrun finished goods from production.



    • High School Diploma or GED.  



    • A minimum of 15 months warehouse experience and experience in using a forklift and other designated power material handling equipment.
    • Epicor materials management and production planning functionality experience.
    • Knowledge of material drying temperatures and moisture absorption rates, charge-out procedures and plastic resin characteristics (identification of unlabeled materials as to generic type).


    Other Requirements

    • Able to lift 55 pounds repeatedly.
    • Able to push/pull up to 300 pounds regularly.
    • Able to use simple arithmetic, read and write job language and interpret inventory procedures and schedules
